Noise is caused by an abnormality of the heart valves or blood vessels. Any type of stenosis or insufficiency of the heart valves leading to the blood flow through the valve for the high speed of sound in auscultation. Opening times, such as abnormal heart septal defects also do the same. Finally, aortic stenosis, ductus arteriosus, etc. can all at high speed through the flow to generate anomaly of the whisper.
EDIT: For EA, the sound of the opening and closing heart valves, called S1 and S2. This is normal heart sounds. Whisper abnormal noise due to the underlying disease.

The fact is that normal heart valves do not sound. The sounds of the head in a murmur is considered to be a turbulent flow (eg rafting) an abnormality in the heart ... usually a bad valve or a congenital defect.
