Driving Licence For Ankylosing Spondylitis I Have A Russian Car Driving Licence Since 1982 And It´s´nt Mentioned On It Date Of Expiration.Is It Valable?

I have a russian car driving licence since 1982 and it´s´nt mentioned on it date of expiration.Is it valable? - driving licence for ankylosing spondylitis
